After his long, loyal and extensive career at GHF, in 1976, Basil (Bambridge) went on to run the Estates Division at Bedgebury School, Goudhurst, where his wife (Jean) was affectionally known as 'Bambi' to all the girls there!
As can be expected, he and his wife were just perfect for such a good place, everyone thought the world of them and they eventually retired in 1989! This photo was taken when they left!
